About The Position
As an Associate on the Overdraft Collections Strategy Team at JPMorgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in Risk Management and Compliance by performing quantitative and qualitative analyses on overdrawn customers. Your primary focus will be to determine optimal credit risk strategies throughout the collections cycle, enhancing customer engagement and providing payment solutions to address customer hardships while mitigating losses. This position requires strong analytical skills, collaboration, and attention to detail to effectively drive loss mitigation and recoveries, directly impacting the consumer P&L.
