About the position

The Senior Associate position within the Business Management team at JPMorgan Chase focuses on supporting the Chief Risk Officer and the broader management team in optimizing business performance. This role is dynamic and involves advising senior management, coordinating corporate resources, and driving key initiatives within Risk Management and Compliance. Responsibilities

• Support the CTC Chief Risk Officer across numerous strategic priorities, including budget and financial reporting, executive content, and adherence to firmwide processes.
• Work closely with the broader management team and department heads to help achieve firmwide and RM&C business objectives.
• Produce data-driven analyses to facilitate management decision-making.
• Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to Board Risk Committee and Line of Business Risk.

Requirements

• Proven experience in risk management or business management within a financial services environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce data-driven insights.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with senior management.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems.
