About the position

As a Risk Technology Consultant at EY, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations navigate the complexities of risk management in an ever-evolving landscape. The risk environment is influenced by various factors such as market volatility, geopolitical crises, and regulatory reforms, which necessitate a robust approach to risk and compliance activities. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in optimizing their risk and compliance programs through the implementation of technology solutions, particularly focusing on Archer Integrated Risk Management (IRM). This role requires a blend of functional and technical expertise, allowing you to address client needs while providing valuable insights to help them achieve their business objectives. In this position, you will lead end-to-end projects, guiding clients through the assessment, design, and implementation of risk technology solutions. You will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, both onshore and offshore, to automate and mature risk and compliance programs. Your leadership will extend to mentoring junior consultants, fostering an inclusive team environment, and driving high-quality work products within expected timeframes and budgets. You will also engage in business development activities, responding to proposals and building relationships with clients to set the stage for future opportunities. As the demand for Archer capabilities grows, your role will involve not only technical implementation but also advising clients on best practices, industry trends, and how to integrate risk technology into their existing ecosystems. You will stay abreast of current business and industry trends, ensuring that you can provide relevant insights and support to clients as they navigate their risk management challenges. Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end projects focused on Archer architecture, design, build, and deployment.
  • Develop and mentor team members, enhancing both functional and technical skillsets.
  • Manage day-to-day project execution and client interactions, ensuring quality service delivery.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal responses and client relationship building.
  • Deliver client presentations and demonstrations of Archer solutions, showcasing technology capabilities.
  • Advise clients on risk technology solutions, industry practices, and integration into their ecosystems.
  • Stay updated on business and industry trends related to risk technology and compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field with 5 years of experience implementing Archer solutions.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field with 4 years of experience implementing Archer IRM solutions.
  • Certification from Archer as a Certified Administrator - Specialist or Professional.
  • Experience leading a team to implement Archer functionality and integrations with other systems.
  • Familiarity with Governance Risk and Compliance principles and processes.
  • Experience with the assessment, design, architecture, and implementation of risk and compliance programs.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience as a consultant or client-serving professional.
  • Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools such as Spotfire, PowerBI, or Tableau.
  • Understanding of various GRC tools like ServiceNow IRM, OneTrust, or AuditBoard.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC.
