About the position

As a Low Code Solution Architect Manager within EY's Risk Technology team, you will play a pivotal role in helping organizations navigate the complexities of risk management in an ever-evolving landscape. The risk environment is influenced by various factors such as market volatility, geopolitical crises, and regulatory reforms, which necessitate a robust approach to risk and compliance activities. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients in optimizing their risk and compliance programs through the implementation of technology solutions, particularly focusing on Archer IRM. This role requires a blend of functional and technical expertise, allowing you to address client needs while providing insights that align with their business objectives. In this position, you will lead end-to-end projects, guiding teams in the design, architecture, and deployment of Archer solutions. You will be responsible for developing team members' skills, both onshore and offshore, and fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and inclusivity. Your role will also involve direct interaction with clients, managing project execution, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations. As a consultant, you will leverage your knowledge of risk technology to advise clients on best practices, industry trends, and the integration of Archer capabilities into their existing processes. Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, architecture, and deployment of Archer solutions for clients.
  • Manage end-to-end project execution, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
  • Develop and mentor team members, enhancing their functional and technical skills.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored risk technology solutions.
  • Support business development activities, including proposal writing and client relationship management.
  • Conduct workshops, meetings, and presentations to communicate project progress and insights to clients.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and Archer functionality to provide relevant advice to clients.
  • Foster an inclusive and innovative team environment that encourages collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Drive high-quality work products within expected timeframes and budgets.
  • Contribute to the development of thought leadership and innovative solutions in risk technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field with 5 years of experience implementing Archer solutions.
  • Alternatively, a Master's degree in a related field with 4 years of experience implementing Archer IRM solutions.
  • Certification from Archer as a Certified Administrator - Specialist or Professional.
  • Experience leading teams in implementing Archer functionality and integrations with other systems.
  • Familiarity with Governance Risk and Compliance principles and processes.
  • Experience in the assessment, design, architecture, and implementation of risk and compliance programs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and data analytics tools.
  • Awareness of recent Archer releases and functionality enhancements.
  • Willingness to travel to meet client obligations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Prior experience as a consultant or client-serving professional.
  • Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile project delivery methodologies.
  • Experience with API integrations and analytics/reporting tools.
  • Understanding of various GRC tools such as ServiceNow IRM, OneTrust, and AuditBoard.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or CRISC.
  • Experience in a Big Four firm with IT risk, controls, or compliance.
