About the position

As a Risk Technology Manager at EY, you will play a crucial role in addressing client issues related to risk management and technology enablement. You will lead client engagement teams, manage business development activities, and implement technology solutions that enhance decision-making and improve risk management processes. This position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and contribute to the transformation of risk functions within organizations.

Responsibilities

• Manage client engagement teams and deliver professional services to a variety of clients.
• Develop innovative solutions to build and sustain risk management and governance programs.
• Lead teams responsible for transforming risk functions and implementing technology solutions.
• Foster relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels to drive high-quality work products.
• Deliver analyses and recommendations in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements

• A bachelor's or master's degree and approximately 5 years of related work experience.
• Understanding of Oracle business processes (e.g., purchase-to-pay, record-to-report, order-to-cash).
• Experience with controls testing, sensitive access, and segregation of duties testing.
• Advanced project management and client service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent leadership and teaming skills, with the ability to train, coach, and manage staff.
• A valid driver's license in the US and a valid passport; willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior experience as a consultant or client-serving professional.
• Oracle Cloud and/or Workday ERP implementation project management and support experience.
• Industry-related certification (e.g., CPA/CA, CISA, RICS).
• Strong understanding of IT industry trends.
• Foundational understanding of auditing and assessing Oracle technologies.
