About the position

G.LION Hawaii is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated servers to join their team at the Ritz Carlton Waikiki and Hy's Steak House. This role involves providing exceptional service in a variety of dining environments, including fine dining and poolside service. Ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and the ability to adapt to different settings while ensuring memorable experiences for guests.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional service to guests in various dining settings.
• Adapt to different dining environments, including fine dining and poolside service.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor while serving.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Lift, carry, and balance trays or items weighing up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.

Requirements

• Restaurant experience preferred (1 year recommended).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment with prolonged standing, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior restaurant experience is highly recommended.
• Team commitment and ability to work as a team player.
