About the position

The RMA Technician position at Bray Commercial involves testing and troubleshooting returned valves and actuators, generating evaluation reports, and maintaining records of Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) cases. This role is essential for ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform product testing and troubleshooting of returned valves and actuators.
• Generate comprehensive evaluation reports on tested products.
• Maintain accurate records for all RMA cases and determine warranty status.
• Process credits for failed parts or assemblies in accordance with company policy.
• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Permanent work authorization for the USA is required.
• Ability to read basic electric/electronic wiring diagrams.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Familiarity with relational database programs for tracking and processing field returns.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or less periodically.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience with valves, actuators, and controls is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment related to industrial products is advantageous.
