About the position
The RMS Baseball Coach at Robbinsville Middle School is responsible for providing leadership and supervision for the baseball team, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship among student athletes. This seasonal part-time position requires effective communication with students, families, and school staff, as well as the design and implementation of training programs.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise the baseball program and team.
- Design an effective training program for student athletes.
- Ensure student athletes meet eligibility rules.
- Ensure compliance with district policies during all activities.
Requirements
- Ability to effectively communicate with all members of the school district and community.
- Ability to communicate effectively with students and their family members.
- Ability to work in noisy and crowded environments.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in coaching baseball or similar sports.
- Knowledge of physical fitness and training techniques.
