About The Position
The RN-After Hours, Senior Living at Lifespark is responsible for gathering clinical information over the phone and directing healthcare services for residents in senior living communities. This role requires the use of Lifespark's Clinical Guidelines and internal processes to effectively meet the needs of residents and staff. The RN must demonstrate good clinical judgment, critical thinking, and effective communication skills, escalating issues to appropriate personnel as necessary. This position involves working every other weekend and holiday, ensuring continuous support for senior residents.
