About The Position
Join Baylor Scott and White Medical Center - Grapevine as a Registered Nurse and be part of something better! Our Cardiovascular Unit is a fast-paced environment that includes high acuity patients. Are you looking to increase your knowledge base? Our Cardiovascular Unit leadership team fosters an environment that supports learning, mentoring, and building every team member. The patient population includes Cardiac, Stroke, and Sepsis with patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:3 based on acuity. The unit has 16 beds and is staffed with 85% BSN and 48% PCCN certified nurses, with cross-training to ICU. We emphasize great physician/nursing collaboration and conduct daily huddles to focus on unit metrics and ideas for process improvement. This is a full-time night shift position from 7pm to 7am.
