We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead our nursing team in providing exceptional patient care. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the nursing department, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care delivery.
• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of medical records.
• Manage nursing staff schedules, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
• Provide guidance and support to nursing staff in various specialties including PICU, ICU, outpatient, geriatrics, emergency medicine, and acute care.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient outcomes and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery.
• Facilitate communication between patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure clarity in treatment plans.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting.
• Previous management or supervisory experience in a nursing role is preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of patient assessment techniques and medical record management.
• Familiarity with various specialties such as PICU, ICU, emergency medicine, geriatrics, and outpatient care is highly desirable.
• Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
