Appl Orchard Hospice is seeking experienced Hospice RN (Registered Nurse) Case Managers to join our clinical field staff team. This position is an opportunity for dedicated professionals to make a significant difference in the lives of patients and their families. The RN Case Manager will oversee patient hospice care, ensuring that each individual receives the highest quality of care tailored to their unique needs. The ideal candidate will have prior hospice experience, although it is preferred rather than mandatory. The role is full-time and offers the potential for bonus visit pay, along with mileage reimbursement for travel throughout the Kansas City Metro area.
