About the position

As an RN Case Manager at DirectEmployers, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care to residents across our facilities in Everett, WA. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating care plans, assessing patient needs, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. You will be tasked with managing home visits within your designated service area, which will be split into North and South Everett. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and the ability to work collaboratively with a cohesive team to inspire and guide others in providing exceptional service. In this role, you will be expected to demonstrate strong alignment with our core values and a commitment to long-term employment, ideally for a minimum of 3-5 years. Requirements

  • WA State Licensed Registered Nurse (Current and Active)
  • Current CPR certification
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
  • Access to a dependable vehicle
