Responsibilities

• Coordinate patient care and manage treatment plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.

Requirements

• 2 years of current experience in the specialty required.
• Inpatient experience is required.
• Experience with EPIC systems is required.
• Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
