About the position

The RN Case Manager position is a contract role focused on providing care in an inpatient or acute care setting. The role requires a minimum of 12 months of current experience and involves working in a fast-paced environment. The position includes varied shifts, with the possibility of weekend and holiday work, and requires flexibility to float to different areas within the facility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in an inpatient/acute care setting.
• Float to other areas within the facility as needed, within the scope of practice.
• Participate in team-based care and collaborate with other healthcare professionals.
• Complete orientation and training, including EPIC training during the first week of the contract.

Requirements

• Valid RN License required.
• BLS Certification required, completed through recognized organizations.
• Minimum of 12 months of current inpatient/acute care experience required.
• At least one previous 13-week travel assignment and two years of current experience in specialty.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with EMR systems, specifically EPIC.
