About the position

The RN - Charge Nurse position in Med/Surg is a full-time role focused on providing direct nursing care in a medical-surgical setting during weekend nights. Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Missouri or Compact State License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.
• No prior experience required, suitable for mid-level candidates.
• Knowledge of medical-surgical nursing practices and care plans.
• Leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with healthcare teams.

Nice-to-haves
