Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the outpatient GI/endoscopy department.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and ensure continuity of care.
• Collaborate with physicians and management to address strategic initiatives.
• Participate in ongoing evaluation of programs and process improvements.
• Ensure the highest level of service and optimize patient experience.
• Recruit, retain, and develop departmental staff, providing performance feedback.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and ensure safe care for patients and staff.
• Promote professional growth and development within the team.
• Model and promote Memorial Hermann's service standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Nursing degree from an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current State of Texas RN license or temporary/compact license.
• Three or more years of experience in a clinical area of practice.
• Minimum one year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Certified in Basic Life Support.
