About the position
Tennessee Quality Care is seeking a Full-Time RN Clinical Services Manager to oversee the Home Health Division in Covington, TN. This role involves managing patient care, supervising clinicians, and ensuring high-quality home health services are delivered. The RN Clinical Services Manager will be responsible for case referrals, clinician assignments, and the evaluation of patient care plans, all while promoting a culture of compassionate care.
Responsibilities
- Receives case referrals and reviews patient information to determine home care needs.
- Assigns appropriate clinicians to each case based on patient requirements.
- Reviews and evaluates each case, providing guidance to clinicians to enhance performance and service delivery.
- Assists clinicians in establishing therapeutic goals and developing care plans.
- Conducts quarterly record reviews and communicates findings to the Executive Director.
- Assists in formulating, revising, and implementing policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Valid RN License to practice in the state.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
- Preferred: BSN/DPT/MOT/MSLP degree.
- Two years of management or supervisory experience in a healthcare setting, preferably home care.
- Current CPR certification.
- Valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
