About the position

The RN Consultant - Education/Content Development and Delivery role is a contract position focused on creating and delivering educational content and training materials for nursing staff within a large health system in New York. The consultant will work closely with clinical leaders to ensure that the educational programs meet industry standards and regulations, with a mix of onsite and potential remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver educational content and training materials for nursing staff.
• Collaborate with clinical leaders to ensure content meets industry standards and regulations.
• Design and implement educational programs for nursing staff.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify training requirements.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and make necessary adjustments.

Requirements

• RN License
• Experience in curriculum development and educational program design.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry standards and regulations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Experience in instructional design is a plus.
