About the position

The position offers both night and day shifts, with a schedule of 3 twelve-hour shifts per week. You will be working with a wide range of patients, including those who are post-surgical, trauma, neurology, spine, stroke, orthopedics, general, cardiac, amputation, medical-surgical, telemetry, and PCU, among others. New graduates are welcome and will receive mentorship to help them transition into their roles effectively. We offer a highly competitive wage scale, starting at $41 per hour for new graduates, with the potential to earn up to $62 per hour based on experience. Additionally, there is a $10,000 bonus available with only a one-year commitment, paid out every 90 days, along with night shift and weekend shift differentials. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in the transition of care, monitoring patient conditions, updating patient charts, administering medications and treatments, and performing diagnostic tests. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes. New graduates will receive mentorship and training to become experts in handling sophisticated medical equipment used regularly with patients. Requirements

  • RN License
  • Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
