About the position

The Piedmont Henry Emergency Room is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to provide holistic, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. This role emphasizes the importance of nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care across the lifecycle. The RN will work with state-of-the-art technology and may participate in clinical research, contributing to exceptional patient outcomes while enjoying a supportive work culture and flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients from birth through the lifecycle.
• Utilize nursing processes to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Maintain standards of practice and coordinate patient care activities of assigned staff.
• Demonstrate professional growth and accountability within the organization.
• Participate in clinical research as needed.

Requirements

• Graduate of a nursing program.
• Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License.
• BLS certification required.
• New Graduates of a nursing program are eligible.

Nice-to-haves

• One year of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Advanced certification in field of specialty, if applicable.
