About the position
The Emergency Room Nurse position at Cynet Health involves providing critical care to patients in a fast-paced emergency room setting. The role requires a qualified RN to manage a variety of medical conditions, from non-critical to emergent needs, and to deliver urgent mental health care. The position is for a duration of 13 weeks, with night shifts and holiday coverage required.
Responsibilities
- Provide care for patients with a range of conditions from non-critical to emergent medical needs.
- Deliver emergent and urgent mental health care.
- Attend to both walk-in patients and those arriving via emergency transport.
- Care for critical cardiac and trauma patients, including pediatric cases.
Requirements
- Current unencumbered RN license required upon starting.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in emergency room nursing.
- Certifications: Healthcare Provider Level AHA BLS, ACLS, TNCC, PALS.
- Ability to work with EPIC EMR system.
