About the position
The RN - ER position involves providing emergency care in a fast-paced environment, specifically in the Emergency Room (ER) of a healthcare facility. This role requires a registered nurse with experience in emergency care and the ability to float to medical-surgical units as needed. The position is travel-based, offering a 13-week assignment with flexible scheduling options.
Responsibilities
- Provide emergency care to patients in the ER.
- Float to medical-surgical units as needed.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care.
Requirements
- ASN or BSN degree in nursing.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in ER/ED.
- Current RN License in Minnesota.
- Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC.
