About The Position
The Registered Nurse (RN) Flex II at Baldwin Health is responsible for providing comprehensive nursing care across various units including Med/Surgical, Intensive Care, Emergency Department, and others. This role requires flexibility as the RN may be assigned to different units based on workload demands and will also take on the responsibilities of a House Supervisor. The RN is expected to perform assessments, implement care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes in accordance with established nursing standards and practices.
