About the position

The Clinical Registered Nurse (RN) in the Float Pool at Lakeland Regional Health is responsible for delivering high-quality, relationship-centered care to patients. This role emphasizes individualized care based on the needs and values of patients and their families, ensuring safety and adherence to nursing standards. The RN will work flexibly as needed, contributing to a supportive and collaborative healthcare environment.

Requirements

  • Current license as Registered Nurse in Florida.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Associate Degree in Nursing (Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • If hired after 2013, must obtain a Bachelor's degree in Nursing within 3 years of employment.

Nice-to-haves

  • Certification in a specialty of nursing.
