Responsibilities

• Supervise direct care of senior residents and nursing personnel on assigned shift.
• Manage accurate and timely administration of medications, treatments, documentation, and emergency calls.
• Provide direct care as necessary and complete nursing rounds.

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted RN license in Tennessee required.
• At least 6 months' experience working in a long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to provide emotional, physical, and psychological support to senior residents.
• Ability to work as part of a team and handle multiple tasks safely and effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate sensitive information with empathy.
• Ability to work effectively with frequent interruptions and attention to detail.
