About The Position

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Southwest Healthcare Inland Valley Hospital involves providing comprehensive patient care in a pre-admission testing environment. Requirements

• One (1) year experience in a perioperative setting (Pre Op, PACU, or Pre Admission Testing).
• Current California Registered Nurse license.
• BLS certification.
• ACLS certification preferred for Pre Admission Testing.
• PALS certification required for OPS/preferred for Pre Admission Testing.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellence in patient care based on patient and/or family needs.
• Conduct assessments and provide treatment and care on assigned units.
• Manage pain, invasive lines, and surgical drains for patients.
• Practice in accordance with all regulatory, professional, legal, and hospital policies.
