About the position

The RN Home Health position at Advanced Care LLC involves providing in-home assessments and supervisory visits for senior clients. Responsibilities

• Evaluate client need for service
• Develop a plan of care for the client
• Provide supervisory visits every 60 days
• Give the personal care worker written instructions about the services to be performed
• Evaluate the competency of the personal care worker to perform the services

Requirements

• RN license required
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Fluency in Spanish or Russian is a plus
