We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our award-winning home health care team serving the Homestead, PA area. Responsibilities

• Provide skilled and compassionate care to home health patients.
• Work collaboratively using an Interdisciplinary Team (IDT) approach.
• Visit 5-7 patients daily in their homes or partnered facilities.
• Complete all required documentation within 24 hours of each visit.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of professional RN experience (Home Health preferred).
• Active RN license in Pennsylvania (PA).
• Associate's Degree or higher in Nursing.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS) certification.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
