About the position
Maxim Healthcare Services is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide homecare services to pediatric patients in the Ironton, OH area. This role involves delivering skilled nursing care in a one-on-one setting, allowing for personalized patient interaction and flexible scheduling. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring high-quality service in the comfort of the patient's home.
Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
- Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Requirements
- Currently licensed as an LPN/RN in the state of practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
