About the position

The RN Hospice Executive Director is responsible for overseeing all aspects of hospice operations, including business and clinical operations, business development, financial control, and compliance with regulatory standards. This leadership role requires a strong background in hospice care and operations management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care while driving growth and maintaining financial health.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire hospice operations including business and clinical operations.
• Manage business development and census growth initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies and state and federal regulations.
• Control financial aspects including budget development and monitoring.
• Lead and manage the hospice team, fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state or ability to obtain.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of hospice operations management experience.
• Experience in executive leadership roles such as Executive Director or Director of Clinical Operations.
• Strong background in operations, growth strategy, and clinical operations.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management.
