This role is a Night Shift position that will work 2 shifts per week, 6pm-6:30am. No weekends. With this part-time position, you will be eligible for a comprehensive benefits package. Responsibilities
- Act as the hospital's administration representative to personnel, patients, visitors, and the community on the off-shifts.
- Maintain a collaborative relationship, both interdepartmentally and intra-departmentally.
- Facilitate communication and resolve problems.
- Promote quality patient care.
Requirements
- Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) required or relevant experience.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Completion of Clinical Specialty Professional Certification within 1 year upon meeting eligibility requirements.
- 5-7 years of relevant experience.
