About The Position
Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett is a 196-bed hospital dedicated to providing high quality, compassionate care to the community. As a comprehensive medical center, Saint Francis Hospital Bartlett has the expertise to deliver quality care in a variety of specialties including Emergency Services, Inpatient & Outpatient Surgical Services, Med/Surge, Ortho, Critical Care and Women's Services. The RN ICU Full Time Nights position provides direct clinical patient care, assuming responsibility for assessing, planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned patients on a per shift basis, and at the unit level. The role includes supervision of staff to whom appropriate care is delegated and accountability to support the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to ensure high quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care, competency of clinical staff, and appropriate resource management related to patient care.
