About the position

Responsibilities
- Advocate on behalf of the individuals served.
- Monitor and develop health care plans for a caseload of residents.
- Administer medications and perform treatments as required.
- Assist in admitting, transferring, and discharging individuals.
- Recognize and interpret symptoms, assessing medical needs and obtaining appropriate care.
- Respond appropriately to emergency situations.
Requirements
- Must have a valid RN License to practice in the state of Iowa.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Experience in developing care plans.
