About the position

Angels of Care Home Health is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to provide compassionate, one-on-one medical care primarily to infants, children, and adolescents in their homes. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, focusing on the medical needs and treatment plans as directed by physicians. Nurses will be integral in enhancing the quality of care and outcomes for patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents primarily in their home according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care among various healthcare providers.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for patients.

Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
• Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills to make a positive and lasting impression.
