About the position
The RN/LPN position at Reliant Medical Group is a part-time role focused on providing quality care in Adult Internal Medicine. The role emphasizes patient support, communication with healthcare providers, and adherence to organizational goals through effective management of patient registries. Responsibilities
- Determines the appropriate action to be taken involving decision making according to standard criteria
- Communicates with providers and patients systematically via EMR or telephonically
- Maintains tracking of patient lists, outreach and follow up
- Offers clinician and patient support and/or education on workflows and protocols in the identified registry
- Works with assigned supervisor/manager and director to develop, implement, and monitor procedures that support organizational goals and business objectives related to the Registry program
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
- Currently licensed as an RN/LPN in the State of Massachusetts
- Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR Certification
Nice-to-haves
- 1+ years of hands-on clinical experience
- Knowledge of EMR's such as Epic
