About the position

The RN Clinical Manager serves as the manager of a clinical program within the hospice setting, providing supervision and coordination of care for patients and their families. This role focuses on identifying best practices for care and networking with community resources and healthcare providers to support patients with life-threatening illnesses. Responsibilities

• Manage the clinical program and supervise the interdisciplinary hospice team.
• Coordinate care provided to patients and their families.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
• Valid Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
• 3 years of experience in healthcare management

Nice-to-haves

• Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire
• 3 years of experience in hospice, home care, or call center
• 3 years of experience as a Registered Nurse
