About the position
The RN Manager for MyCare 365 at WakeMed Health & Hospitals is responsible for overseeing and managing physician services within assigned practices. This role involves directing, coordinating, and integrating practice resources to achieve the service line's goals while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. The manager collaborates with physician leaders to enhance operations and support the organization's mission and values.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage physician services for assigned practice(s).
- Direct, coordinate, and integrate practice resources and activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies such as JCAHO, NCBON, CMS, and DHHS.
- Enhance operations and ensure physician participation in practice operations.
- Support the mission, values, and management of WakeMed Physicians.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) License required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration preferred.
- Associate's degree in Allied Health preferred.
- 3 years of clinical experience in ambulatory care required.
Nice-to-haves
- Certified Physician Practice Manager preferred.
