Responsibilities
- Perform nursing patient care duties for the assigned unit or department.
- Plan, provide, and evaluate total nursing care in accordance with the established patient care philosophy.
- Facilitate individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and principles of primary nursing.
- Ensure continuity of care by effectively relating with other shifts and maintaining satisfactory relations with other departments and nursing units.
- Participate in all phases of education related to nursing care.
Requirements
- Associates degree or higher in Nursing or a related field.
- Current BLS certification.
- Valid Registered Nurse license.
