Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Medical Surgical and Telemetry unit.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.

Requirements

• Education: ASN or BSN degree in nursing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Med/Surg Tele nursing.
• Valid RN License in Virginia or Compact state.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS.
