About The Position
The position involves providing and directing primary nursing care to patients with cardiovascular, pulmonary, and vascular health deficits. The role requires comprehensive assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation of complex multisystem health care deficits, particularly for unstable patients or those needing complex care management. The nurse will also take on leadership roles within the unit, supported by the Director of Critical Care Nursing and other team leaders.
