About the position

The RN Mobile position at Inova Health System's Loudoun Hospital involves providing clinical care and education to underserved populations in Loudoun County. This role focuses on delivering patient-centered care, conducting health screenings, and facilitating community education, while ensuring a holistic approach to patient interactions. The position is part-time and requires flexibility to attend various events throughout the month.

Responsibilities

• Provide knowledgeable and caring clinical practice and care coordination.
• Conduct blood pressure and biometric screenings.
• Deliver community education to underserved populations.
• Ensure safe and therapeutic care in a holistic manner.
• Integrate knowledge and skills to meet patient and family needs throughout the continuum of care.
• Empower patients and influence successful clinical outcomes through relationships and access-based knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Associate's Degree (must complete BSN within 5 years if hired with an Associate's Degree).
• 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Virginia as a Registered Nurse or hold an active multi-state RN license.
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
