Responsibilities
- Participate in a comprehensive training program to support the transition from student to professional nurse.
- Work full-time in a nursing position, completing 72-80 hours per pay period.
- Engage in 12-hour shifts, which may include nights, days, or variable hours based on unit needs.
- Participate in weekend rotations as required by the unit.
- Complete unit orientation paired with preceptors for 8 to 12 weeks, depending on the specialty area.
Requirements
- Graduate of a RN nursing program (ADN, BSN, or MSN).
- Less than 12 months of RN work experience.
