About the position

The Village at Orchard Ridge is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a 12-hour night shift. This role is essential in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. The RN will utilize their clinical expertise and compassionate nature to make a significant impact on patient outcomes while working closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care with attention to detail
• Assess patient conditions and develop comprehensive care plans
• Administer medications and treatments with precision
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Identify and address potential health issues proactively
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives
• Mentor and support team members

Requirements

• Current RN license in good standing
• Strong clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of healthcare practices
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
