Responsibilities

• Deliver excellence in patient care through assessment and formulation of nursing diagnoses.
• Establish goals and plan interventions for patient care.
• Implement nursing interventions and evaluate patient care outcomes.
• Participate in maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness in patient care.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and professional nursing standards.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma required; Bachelor's in Nursing preferred.
• Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
• BLS certification with skills demonstration required.
• ACLS certification within six months of hire.
• At least one year of RN experience required.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) within 2 years from date of hire preferred.
