About the position

The Registered Nurse (RN) position at Hendrick Health involves delivering patient care through the nursing process, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care delivery and achieving desired patient outcomes. Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and individualized nursing care to patients.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care delivery.
• Interact effectively with patients and their significant others.
• Participate in committee activities, surveys, and improvement initiatives.
• Uphold the standards of the Texas Nurse Practice Act.

Requirements

• Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing (Diploma, AD, BSN).
• Valid Texas Registered Nurse licensure.
• CPR-BCLS certification.
• Preferred: 1 or more years of nursing experience.
• Preferred: Specialty Certification.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Nursing (1 or more years preferred).
• MSN (Master of Science in Nursing) degree.
