About the position
The RN Nurse Supervisor at River View Health & Rehab is responsible for overseeing the night shift team, ensuring high-quality resident care and efficient unit operations. This role involves coordinating care, administering medications, and maintaining accurate documentation while providing support to both residents and staff in a compassionate environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate, manage, and evaluate resident care and unit operations
- Administer medication and treatment as ordered
- Monitor timely, concise documentation of resident care in EMR
- Provide pertinent information regarding resident care to physicians when making rounds
Requirements
- Current nurse license in good standing with the Virginia Department of Health Professions
- Current CPR Certification
- Long-Term/Rehab/Memory Care experience (preferred)
- One year of supervisor experience (preferred)
