Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care in the operating room for various surgical procedures.
• Scrub and circulate for surgeries including general surgery, robotics, kidney transplants, and trauma cases.
• Ensure compliance with safety and health regulations, including COVID-19 vaccination requirements.
• Participate in orientation and training sessions as required.
• Respond to on-call shifts as needed, with a 30-minute response time.
• Work collaboratively with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Current MA RN license required at the time of submission.
• BLS Certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience in an operating room setting.
• Experience with Epic EMR is required.
• Experience in a teaching hospital is preferred.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in neuro, trauma, and transplant surgery specialties.
• Familiarity with Da Vinci XI robotics and complex ENT procedures.
