About the position

Responsibilities
- Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized nursing care to residents.
- Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
- Demonstrate competency in nursing expertise and utilize appropriate standards for age and population-specific care.
- Coordinate care, conduct resident assessments, and provide resident education.
- Delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel and provide support to ensure safe care delivery.
Requirements
- Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program preferred.
- Currently holds an unencumbered RN license or LPN license with the State Board of Nursing.
- Maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
