As a Regional Director, you will play a crucial role in business development and recruiting efforts, ensuring that we meet the staffing needs of the healthcare industry effectively. This position requires a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and the ability to connect with potential clients and candidates alike. You will be responsible for leading initiatives that enhance our market presence and drive growth in staffing solutions. In this role, you will leverage your experience in talent acquisition and marketing to identify and recruit top nursing talent. You will work closely with healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this position. Responsibilities

  • Lead business development initiatives to expand Nurses Direct's market presence.
  • Recruit and onboard qualified nursing staff for various healthcare facilities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients to understand their staffing needs.
  • Utilize marketing strategies to attract potential candidates and clients.
  • Manage multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective staffing solutions.
  • Conduct interviews and assess candidates for nursing positions.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop staffing strategies that align with business goals.

Requirements

  • Valid RN License or LPN License is required.
  • Experience in talent acquisition is preferred.
  • Strong background in marketing and sales is highly preferred but not required.
  • High personal drive with eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various technologies, including email, word processing, spreadsheets, and internet navigation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with staffing agency operations is a plus.
